Yosuke Ideguchi to Leeds United

Leeds United are closing in a deal to sign Japan international midfielder Ideguchi in January. The 21-year-old, who plays for Gamba Osaka, was the 2016 J-League Rookie of the Year and has already discussed personal terms with the Championship club, according to the Daily Mail. The deal comes after Leeds formed an extensive scouting network in Japan following the appointment of former Japan international Toshiya Fujita as head of football development.

Karim Benzema to Arsenal

Arsene Wenger is a long-time admirer of Benzema, and the Daily Star believes Real Madrid will finally be willing to sell the striker next summer. Madrid are set to ramp up efforts to sign Paulo Dybala and Antoine Griezmann, which would leave the door open for Benzema’s departure. The Frenchman joined Madrid in 2009 and has scored 181 goals in 371 first team appearances.

Pepe Reina to AC Milan

Reina, a target for Newcastle United, was the subject of much speculation during the summer and although his agent Manuel Garcia Quillon ruled out a move to AC Milan, they continue to be strongly linked. Gazzetta dello Sport claim Milan are hoping to sign Reina as a replacement for Gianluigi Donnarumma, who is attracting interest from Paris-Saint Germain.

Timo Werner to Real Madrid

Real Madrid are interested in signing RB Leipzig striker Werner, according to reports in Spain. The champions of Spain are keen to bolster their attacking options next season, with Benzema potentially on his way out, and scouts reportedly watched the 21-year-old striker score twice for Germany during their 6-0 win over Norway in the World Cup qualifiers last week. Werner scored 21 times in 31 appearances last season to help lift Leipzig to second place in the Bundesliga.

Paulo Dybala to Manchester City

Although Barcelona and Real Madrid are thought to be at the head of the queue to sign Juventus star Dybala, Manchester City are also keeping a close eye on him. Agent Mino Raiola claimed Dybala will move to the Premier League if he leaves Juventus, and City are one of the clubs to be linked with the Argentine playmaker. Dybala’s excellent form last season saw him rewarded with a new five-year contract in April and the No.10 shirt at the start of the campaign.
